Nearly lost my dinner... I have never understood that look. I have seen some beautiful cars that in my opinion were ruined by them. XK120's for example. I just think it looks silly.

When I was a teen, I had a 66 Pontiac that came with factory fenderskirts. It didn't take long for me to realize the car looked much better without them. I suppose it might make the car more aerodynamic to some extent, but probably at the cost of reducing airflow to the brakes on outboard discs, and increasing the heat fade during hard braking.
For me, I vote no.

I think the car looks much better without. And closing up that wheel well space would create air pressure from the spinning of the wheels and upward force in the back of the car at high speeds which would = less weight, stability and traction on the back wheels? Just a thought.. I don't exactly know how much sense it makes.

... the skirt should be optional, the heels mandatory

But requiring skirts on big rigs throwing up road spray would be a great idea. A very few have them, not enough though.

You have to be very careful in choosing your words in today's society. For example...sick used to mean, ill, not well, under the weather. Now..to some...that means great, cool, neat, impressive, you like it.
There are those that would be aroused by the photo and others would be revolted by the excess of woman available for pleasure, in the photo. Let's not be judgemental of our fellow Jag enthusiast that may go either way. NIMBY
