My recently purchased 1987 XJS V12 has a windshield wiper issue...the issue being that regardless of the switch position, the wipers move "painfully" slow, so slow they would be useless in anything but very light rain.

In doing some reading, I understand that there is the chance that this might be a relay issue. I've got a repair manual on the way, but in the interim could someone point me to the location of the wiper relay?

If there would happen to be a wiring diagram available, indicating the proper voltage at each wiper setting, that would be great too!
