Default Wires in the V

Greetings

While cleaning out the V I found two wires running along the bottom right hand side, both covered in oil and crap as you would expect.

Both running the length of the V and coming out under the AC.

The green wire with the blue stripe went off to the right to the temp sender at the front in of “A” bank. ( this one has now been rerouted out of the V.

The other one, a lighter green with a brown / slate stripe went off to the left to the front of “B” bank and was not connected but had a straight connector spade on it, the first time I had noticed this particular wire. The engine temp and air intake sender on the left side are intact with no missing or broken connectors. Can not see where this would connect to but will keep looking….!

Any comments on what this wire is for or checks I should do would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Darren

I think that wire is for your A/C compressor.
