XJS 1992, 5.3L, 12 cylinder Changing belts

XJS 1992, 5.3L, 12 cylinder Changing belts
Do i have to remove the fan to change all three belts in a 1992 xjs?
If I do, do i just remove the four screws holding the fan in place, then loosen the belt tighteners/screws and repalce the three belts?
