Default xjs heaters not working?

Hi there,
Having problems getting hot air to come through the vents in the car, its the 5.3 V12 '88 Convertible. Its very cold here in the UK so any help would be amazing.

I have bled the coolant system from expansion tank to radiator bleed valve and topped up, there are no "air pockets" in the system that I can find. Blowers and fans all work.

From the back right of the engine block where the pipe goes to the heater matrix it is cold (warm with engine heat). I have bypassed the heater control valve using a straight piece of pipe incase that was the issue but no change??

The engine runs at perfect temp (new rad, £££ spent), why is no hot water from the engine block getting to the matrix??

If you can solve this I will gladly buy you a beer!!

You could have a blockage in the heater matrix. Disconnect the input and ouput hoses, and put your garden hose on the input and see if anything comes out.
