Cheers

I believe Loni Anderson (a Burt Reynolds Ex) actually owned an XJS in the late 80's or early 90's.

Wow! I've been watching Lovejoy off and on since they were new. Orange, I don't know why, but I thought you were on this side of the pond!

Default The Big Lebowski

Bunny Lebowski (played by the lovely Tara Reid) drove (and wrecked!) a red XJS convertible in “The Big Lebowski.”

Default Fletch

Bad guy Alan Stanwyk drove a gray XJ-S coupe in Fletch. One of the best movies of all time.

We have been working our way through all of the Columbo's and there are several throughout, however watching the one Columbo movie "A Bird In The Hand" which was made in 1992, I got to see something I've been curious about for a while since I bought mine! Tyne Daly has a brand new facelift XJS with a straight 6! I've wondered if my xjs's start up when cold was "normal" but haven't really seen many videos of cold starts. Well sure enough at one point in the movie the car was to be sitting in the same spot overnight, which they had a "day shot" and a "night shot" with it in the exact same spot, so part of me thinks it actually was sitting. When they started the car, to my amazement, it sounded almost exactly how mine sounds! Wooohooooo!

Trial and Error, 1997. Jeff Daniels, Michael Richards, and her:

Worth watching already. It is a funny movie. Jeff Daniels is a wealthy (and hip!) lawyer who drives a new 1995 XJS convertible.

There are some fantastic shots of the car in this movie. Sunset on Flamenco Red..... Don't see it listed on IMCDb yet.

Heaven is Charlize in the passengers seat of your XJS convertible, top down.
