Default XJS Parts Catalog

I don't know whether this is already widely known but I just found an online parts catalog for the XJS:

Jaguar XJS Parts Catalogue

Under the options menu you can download on offline version.

Enjoy,
Mark

If only it were PDF. *.EXE are doable, but a pain in Linux.

Any other options? I am trying to find a lock set up for the fuel door flap and a lock cylinder or mechanism for the trunk. Maybe it's named differently? IE Bonnet/ Hood?

The same catalogue is available on our website, in addition we have a very good and easy to use parts search function showing drawings.

If you would like a free hard copy of this book please do not hesitate to call us 1800 452 4787.

Yeah, they recently became our sponsor, and just have in the catalog as a source of diagrams can be a very useful tool. My only gripe is that they don't list the prices.

Up to date prices are available on our website www.sngbarratt.com

Just click the 'part number search' tab and enter your part number. Alternatively we're just a free phone call away.

I'm sure there are other independent companies selling XJS parts, but my first port of call is always Jaguar themselves. Their online site has all the parts diagrams plus prices for available parts. See here:

Genuine Jaguar Parts and Jaguar Accessories for Classic Jaguars from Jaguar Classic Parts UK

Naturally there are a few items, particularly service items such as filters etc, where pattern parts are available through independents. However, if it's a genuine Jaguar part, it's always sourced by the independents from Jaguar Classic Parts.

I don't know how the relationship works in the US, but in the UK, we just walk into our local Jaguar main dealer, order the item and they get the parts in for the next day.
