The Tonneau cover that came with my 1994 XJS was not even a close match to my interior, much lighter. I don't know how many different colored covers Jaguar made, but I didn't like the very light top that didn't match my leather interior.
Solution, change the color using Light Oak SEM Colorcoat coating. I have had great results with this product on door panels, carpets and other interior parts.
I went with 15753 light oak and it is a very close match when on the car and out in the natural light.
What the outcome looks like on the car. SEM sells a lot for browns, tan, and beige colors and if I were to do it again I would maybe try a darker color to more closely match the interior, but I kind of feel I am being just a little bit too picky. And yes, the driver's seat bolster needs attention. I already have the dye, just need to find the time.
