I have recently purchased an xjs 3.6 from 1990,
the window motors are buggered and all I can see for a new replacement is a set of motors online for about £250 a pop
I was wondering if anybody on here has replaced these motors with something off a different car which would save me a few quid as I don’t fancy the big spend up

What year is your car?
I have multiple used window motors that are good. If you are interested. I am in USA but even with shipping it could be much less than 250# a piece.

 

you still wouldn’t happen to have a singular window motor left ? I also live in the US so shipping won’t be too hard
