I never used to used it but I started buying it for the old cars I work on and decided to start using it in my Jags as well, on a "Aw, what the hell. Can't hurt" basis.

I've have no way of knowing if I really benefit from it. Never had any problems before I started using it. Never had any problem since I started using it.
