Hay I did some research and from what I see it's the same part number so I'm assuming it works. Please verify though as I'm only assuming.

Assuming your car is the 4.2?

Yes, the QS SuperCharged system does also fit the normally aspirated XK8. Your new 'customer' just needs to order Jaguar Part No. # C2P8245 ( Jaguar rear trim from the XKR) > this allows for the wider twin tips (this is not expensive & is easy to install - just clips I think).
