Default 07 XKR summer tire options/recommendations

So I spooled up a set of Bridgestone Blizzaks last November about a 1000 miles ago and then it never snowed. Seen a couple of inches a couple times and that's it. The Blizzaks you all recommended were phenomenal in these conditions compared to my Pirelli P-Zeros which were terrifying on just a dusting of snow. Now it's time to think about another set of new shoes for summer as the original P-Zeros were getting thin in the rear... weird. What would you all recommend? I am looking for a very sticky tire that will help my immature right foot at the red light grand prix and yet give me decent wet road performance. I am not interested in a all season tire. Thank you in advance for your time.

If cost is no object, go with the best Michelin or Continentals that can be fitted to your car.
If you want to make a career of the tire selection process, sort thru all the impassioned testimonials you get on line from folks who hate their last set of tires and just love their new set of tires.

Potenza S0* Pole Position tires are incredible in rain!! Definitely a summer performance tire and doesn't break the bank either.

Sumitomo HTR Z-IIIs are a lesser known but excellent option, especially if you are on a budget.
