Default 2006 XK 150 Bonnet airbag

Hi all I have replaced the 2 front pedestrian sensors by the radiator and had them reset by the dealer but they said that the RH bonnet airbag sensor was faulty, my question is is that sensor built into the airbag so do I replace the RH airbag and how easy is it to remove, it looks fairly simple and do I disconnect the battery to do this as worried if it will go off

I have unplugged many airbags over the years and none have ever gone off. However, I believe that it is always a remote possibility so disconnecting the battery first is definitely the sensible thing to do.
