I have a 2007 XK. I’m trying to find out if there is a way to change the tach and odo lights from green to white. Also is there a way to have them on all the time even when the headlights are not on? The dials are sometimes difficult to see during the day if the lighting is not good.

How skilled are you with circuit boards, soldering and SMT components? There is a thread here for someone who changed all of the green LEDs to white, maybe 8 or more years ago. I've have look to see if I can find it or you may use the search feature.
