Default 2007 XKR. I want to disconnect antenna.

Would anyone know how to disconnect antenna in the trunk of the car. It looks bad going up and down all the time and only use satellite and local stations anyway. I appreciate the help in advance.
Thanks
Bill

Theres a procedure for installing a switch that will fit perfectly in the spot on your lower left knee in that dash knockout, and you decide when the antennae is extended. Requires pulling the radio out though, if you're up to it.

Thanks for the input. I took it to the dealer and he showed me the antenna plug in the trunk. There's a compartment on the right side in the trunk and just pull it open , reach in to the base of the antenna and unplug the yellow plug. It worked perfectly. Now if needed just plug it back in.
Problem solved. Thanks for help.

Oooh, I'm doing this over the weekend! (The antenna strikes the low ceiling in my building's underground garage.) Thanks for the info!

Got a photo of the plug? I looked at mine and didn't see the yellow one you describe. Saw a red one though...
