Several people have suggested that the radio control unit 7G9N-18C815-TA is exchangeable with the C2P21597E sold by Jaguar for the car. This car has the Bowers and Wilkins option with a 6CD changer. The refurbished Jaguar unit is four times the price of a third party refurbished unit. Help please.

 

7G9N-18C815-TA or 7G9N-18C815-TB are compatible with your car.

The same head unit also used in the XF up to 2011MY, and the Land Rover LR2 up to 2012MY.

Just buy a used one off eBay, either of those part numbers, from an XK, XF, or LR2, they do not need programming, just swap it over.
