2009 XKR CONV PASSENGER SEAT BACK Does not lock down

2009 XKR CONV PASSENGER SEAT BACK Does not lock down
Seat back flops forward. three motors still work but will not engaging to move seat back forward but can recline it. Seems like latch is broken or cable. I don’t know what locks the seat in place or if it is an easy fix.
One upholsterer said he’d remove all seat Leather panals to expose problems. But could give me no estimate until removal.
A forum thread showed unscrewing seat but nothing about a latch or other seat lock that connects to the seat release lever.
Hope someone one knows about this.

Jag specialist with SSD can reflash the seat ECU.
I took mine to my local Indy and he said it was caused by 'An FB using the seat' F=Fat
He held the seatback forwards button for 10 seconds and it reset itself, hopefully will reset for you.
