I started this thread about a year ago and, hopefully, this matter will soon be finally resolved.

It is interesting that your window sticker lists a heated steering wheel among the options. Is that sticker the one from the factory, otherwise known as the "Mulroney Sticker", that is required by U.S. law? See this link: Monroney sticker - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia If so, you might have legal recourse. I bought my car used and don't have the Mulroney sticker. Hopefully, your dealer will conclude that the heated steering wheel is simply a matter of software activation.

Went to the dealer they plugged in to the computer and even though my Original Window Sticker said i have heated steering wheel I do not

Thanks for the reply, but that's not what I wanted to hear. Too bad the heated steering wheel is not a simple fix like a software activation.

I don't understand why Jaguar failed to include the heated steering wheel in my 2009 XKR Portfolio, since every other feature in the Luxury Package was included as part of the Portfolio package.
