I have a beautiful jag XK. I have a local repair shop that put a new water pump and did some ear induction work on my car. Within the 1st 50 miles of driving the car it blows a bearing internally and now the is shot. Because more to have it fixed than the car is worth so obviously unless I wanna pour a bunch of money into just keeping the car and having a project to do which I really don't I was hoping I could find somebody here that is looking for a project or is looking for a beautiful XK with us badd engine. I hate the just junk this thing. Does anybody have any solutions or ideas to help me. The car is worth 12K when it's running. Of course you know the junkyards don't wanna give you anything. And unless I can find somebody that wants a project to do I may have to take a big hit here. It's not necessarily the money it's just I feel it's such a waste of a beautiful car. Is there any of you out there of that once to help save this puppy.
