Was looking through the Jaguar marketing literature for the 2010 R models (XF & XK) and noticed that they list front and rear floor mats. The conv XKR I just bought has no rear floor mats (which my 07 XK conv doesn't either) but I was wondering if rear floor mats are standard in any other 2010 XKR convs out there or were just in the coupe R models.

My 2012 XKR Convert came with them.

 

I really don't know if mine has mats or not, as the back of both front seats touch the front of the rear seat and I can't see the floor. Guess I don't need any anyway.
Maybe I will check some day.

The good thing is they will never wear out.

 

My 2011 XKR did not come with rear mats. Note: My feeling was the OEM mats were rather cheap anyway - so I ordered a replacement set from Lloyd's (aftermarket floor mat producer) which included rears. Quality better and floor coverage better (in my opinion).

 

Really, a floor back there? I'm a gnat's hair away from pulling those ridiculous rear seats out and replacing with a storage space. if not sooner, going on my winter project list.
Is this rear seat area any bigger in the later models?

 

Just checked mine. None in the 2014 Xkr convertible.

 

Checked my 12 xk vert last night, no mats in back seat area.
