Default 2011 XK- lost cover for access to convertible top mechanics

As seen in the picture, the piece that covers the access to the mechanical open/close components of the convertible top on the driver's side apparently blew off while traveling yesterday.
What is the name of this piece and where would be the best place to order a replacement one?

Alex

Haven’t heard of them blowing out. Sure it’s not just retracted (happens often), or fell in (if the track broke)?

You are correct, it was still there and just didn't come out when I opened the top. I tried closing the top and then reopening it, but it remains retracted. Any thoughts on what to do.
Thanks,
Alex

There is a thread on this forum about the cable for that piece breaking, and instructions for fixing it.

Thanks,

I have exactly the same issue with the drivers side on my’12 XK. Bothered me for a couple days, but when the top is down, I just pull the piece to the rear, keeping it in the tracks, until it locks in place. It “retracts” when I put the top back up. I made a small tool out of a small long shank allen wrench to get it the last 1/4”.
