Default 2011 XKR Random P2135

I've been chasing this random code P2135 for months, it will set off other codes and the Restricted Mode driving, I will pull over and turn the car off a few times then it restarts and no issues.... I bought an Autel scanner to keep in the car to get to the bottom of this issue, yesterday it started slightly surging at a stop, then today it hit again by force, did the usual Restriced Mode and check engine light on, engine running rough and no more then 15 mph, I did my usual pulling over and checked the scanner, i finally noticed an issue.
TPS voltage .45v ---TPS #2 voltage .86--- absolute throttle position 7.84 %---relative throttle position 0%
with engine running or off and ignition on, these 4 values would not change when the throttle was pressed....
both Accelerator Petal Position Sensors would change their values though up and down.
I was able to restart the XKR and get it out of Restricted Mode after many on/off ignition tries, once it was running smooth i checked the 4 values and they adjusted up and down with throttle position.
voltage at battery XKR off 12.5+volts and with XKR running 14.5+ volts
I assume its the TPS assy..... butt if I assume it makes an *** out of u and me.
anyone else run into this issue, I see several posts for older Jags but nothing on the 5.0L Supercharged X150

The DTC PDF seems to say it's accel pedal sensors problem - there are 2 and they're inconsistent.

If so, leave the TPS alone...

which DTC PDF?.....

according to the wiring diagram the accel pedal sensor circuit is separate from the TPS sensor circuit, the accel pedals are the working correctly per the Autel and testing it with pedal depressed and not, it shows a smooth change through out..... but the TPS side show no changes during this time it goes into Restriced Mode.

TPS is controlled by PCM not the accel pedal.

If the PCM doesn't like the accel pedal maybe it decides not to change the TPS.

It may be the wrong DTC, it may be the Autel is misleading, etc. I'd go with the latter...
