Default 2012 jaguar XKRS flood car

I have a 2012 jaguar XKRS that was a flood car we’ve been going through the motions change modules the programmer got everything to come on but could not get the keys to program and we bought three brand new keys. Thinking about trying to bypass the security or even just making it a road track car. Has anyone ever gutted these and made them a race car? Or does anybody have any knowledge on how to bypass wiring on this.

It'd be a shame to relegate an R-S to track only.
I assume your programmer is using SDD to do all this?
Changed ALL modules, I assume, so the ECM is different... that may be the problem.
There is probably a way to do what you need, but I'm a total N00b at Sdd.
I'm sure someone will be along soon to give you helpful information since I just failed so miserably at any assistance whatsoever.

A little heavy for a track car. A dealership is unable to dock your fobs?

SUMMARY
1. newbie Travis Penson registers 03-16-2021
2. gives no details other than location is USA
2. ignores request in forum guidance to post an Intro
3. makes 1 post 03-16-2021
4. lots of reaction to the single post but OP doesn't respond
5. comes back 2 months later describing work that would must have cost a fortune in parts and wanting to know how to bypass XK security

There is no way we will have a public discussion on this forum about bypassing vehicle security. It would be irresponsible to allow it and a disservice to every owner of a Jaguar with this or similar security.

This is one of the largest and most respected Jaguar forums. To maintain order and consistency the owners and moderators request new members familiarize themselves with the rules and procedures, most if not all forums have such policies. It's helpful for other members to know your location and other details, etc to better assist with guidance. However the biggest red flag here was requesting assistance with bypassing the vehicle anti-theft system which could be viewed as suspicious as well as illegal.

To provide you with answers to your issues, yes the X150 chassis has previously been stripped down for track use, but this would take a significant amount of work if the goal's to make it a true track car. As for the electrics, my recommendation would be to take it to your nearest main dealer for a proper diagnosis. There are multiple modules involved and replacement of those modules requires specific steps and software programming using the Jaguar factory tools.

EDIT: I hope I am not out of line here, but if you're sincere in your intentions, don't be discouraged as I'd think it would actually be quite interesting and perhaps invaluable for members here to follow along with your rebuild, whether as a track car or as a street car
