Love the car, great job, BUT, I'd take that 57 T-Bird in the back ground over the Jag, I guess I'm just old school.

Didn’t the fellow behind FrickenJag pass away a few years ago? If not, my apologies.

Yeah, found a post by Cambo saying Derek Fricke had passed away a few years ago, cancer.

You may need to tell that to my pancreas in not a lot of years. There is some sort of unidentified spot on it, as seen on an MRI of my possible kidney failure.
YAY, I love getting old!
Sad about Fricke though. I always hoped he'd get that set of 5.0 headers made up.

Yikes, not good - my bud Al had pancreatic cancer around 10-12 years ago, he had the Whipple procedure. He died last year from cancer of the lung (they wouldn't operate), which they found was from the pancreatic cancer. His missus persuaded him not to have chemo after the Whipple procedure. I think he would still be around if he'd had the chemo.

@Cee Jay You know that you resurrected a thread that was over 4 years old, and the OP's last post was on 12-27-2021.

I tagged the OP, @Smokedmustang , in the hope that he will respond to the email and let us know what happened with his racing program.

Stuart

P.S. It appears that the OP may have passed away. https://www.chamberofcommerce.com/bu...forest-centers.
See the review by Matt on 1/15/2023.

Yeah, especially after retiring, when you want more time to do the ‘fun stuff’.

A man is only as old as she feels!

What do these wraps look like when you open the car door, boot or hood?

Depends on how much you've paid.
Lower end only wraps the edges.
Higher end DO cover the inside parts of the panels, but areas like behind the hinges and such can't be done.

Usually not so good IMO. If the wrap is a similar color to the original paint, you can get a reasonably nice look. But that also kinda defeats the point of wrapping the car to begin with, unless it's just to protect new paint.

You got it backwards! Think about it - a man is only as old as she feels. Yes, that's ambiguous. So, who is the feeler (he is) and who is being felt up? Women usually aren't the gropers that men are.

No worries, that comes with the territory when you're over the hill. Ask me how I know.
