Maybe, but how often does the final product look as good as the concept?
And I'm not sure about that gaping hole in the center, looks like an Audi grill.

To whom?
Ugly! Gone are all of the "hips" and curves of every Jaguar in history in favor of a straight line from hood to trunk. The only thing "jag" about it are the F-type tailights. Horrible!

4 door so not my style. Also don't go for the ghetto wheels.

I'd like to see Jaguar build a this - to compete with the 4-door BMW Gran Coupe and the 4-door Aston Martin Rapide. Sure, it looks more like a future XJ, but so what if they were to call it an XK?

I see lots of XJ DNA and don't see any Audi at all. Is vision affected by being down under?

Just kidding.

Don't you see the XJ design evolution?

I was referring to 1 of 19 original post not your Stuart , Yes your pic does have a lot of similarities to the xj I can certainly agree on that.

But this screams Audi to me

Sad that Audi seems to make good performing cars but their body styles just scream "bland" and yawn. Even the R8.

With regard to the original post, that's just some yahoo's conceptual drawing, there's many more that are out supposedly showing future XK's and stuff... that being said I find it both quite ugly and no chance of hitting the market. Looks like one of those chop-top 50's roadsters with an identity crisis. I do like the white Jag 4 doorr and really like the BMW 4 door 650, they got those lines right and bred the Bangle out of it thankfully.

Lastly I saw recent pics of the Buick Avista concept car, you'd have to threaten me with death before I'd buy a GM product but I will admit that body and specs are very impressive

Jaguar invented the shape of the modern sports car. They were the first to have hips and then everyone copied them.

Looks like a Rapide in an way that DB9 looks like an XK.
