Don't forget Steve I bored the sleeve also to fit 89mm Throttle Body. I learned if you bore throttle body and not the opening its kind of a waste. I had the sleeve bored out and reconstructed to get the benifits of the bigger throttle body.

Did you bore your sleeve Steve?

Right so you bored the elbow going from throttle to inlet manifold to suit the larger throttle.

Also what size is the opening on the inlet manifold and did that require match porting as well ?

Will be good to see the amount of airflow you have compared to mine with these mods

Was thinking with the increased rpm the larger throttle would add more power, but across the entire rpm range it was down.
Steve if you had yours ported with larger butterfly installed most likely tb isn't opened all the way at WOT. That's what was happening to mine until readjusted opening values on the ECU. If you need help with this let me know. You can verify full opening with car off , ignition on , visually confirm full opening angle with throttle fully depressed.

Well last time he stopped by to get a tune , I refused to work on his car due to aftermarket intake with Chinese MAFs., That was 1.5 yrs or so ago..
