Looks like I might have to get the copies, I'm told they are the same but just don't look it when comparing them to yours!
The primary difference between OEM urethane and FRP is that urethane is flexible and FRP is not. My past experience with FRP is what convinced me to go with OEM. They should be around $500 USD a piece.

Hi, it's the pair of the lower side spats that fit to the bumper and mates with the carbon fibre diffuser at each side like in your pic. Below also shows them. My bumper is the XKR 2008 and I've got the diffuser offered up. I gave up with Mina gallery, they were looking into it but felt waiting for replies!

I originally wanted the boxy spoiler, considered the front fascia, but now I think I'm going to be an idiot and see if I can make my own full rear bumper cover in my own design, then see what works with that.
I may eventually take you up on this offer, but not yet.

Thanks to jahummer for the great deal on the Mina spoiler. It’s not oem but it’s a pretty good replica...

Looks great, good job. Is this the same as off the speed pack 2010 on? If so, I just bought one and waiting for it to arrive then needs painting. Ant tip on removing the standard spoiler? Just posted a thread on that!

Yes, I do believe its the same... You have to remove carpet panel from the underside of the hatch to access two bolts and unplug antenna and brake light, then remove brake light to access 3 bolts. ( btw the two screws holding the brake light in mine were tamper proof hex key screws, I needed the hex key with the hole in the middle to remove screws)

I hope my new spoiler has the antenna connection as it's currently built into the spoiler isn't it. It is meant to be a genuine one so I assume so. I've now got the service manual instructions for removing the stop light and spoiler so fingers crossed.
Cheers

Even if it doesn't have the antenna, I'm sure you could reuse the one you have in original spoiler if needed... Its just stuck on the inside of the spoiler with adhesive...

I literally just ordered one of these, about fifteen seconds ago. Now I wait for it to arrive. I've heard horror stories about shipping times, but now I'll see first-hand.
I didn't notice much difference between the pictures above and what I remembered my stock one to look like, until I went and looked in the garage. The stock non-speed pack or RS spoiler is a tiny, funny looking thing now.

how much do the diffuser /side spats run?

looking to add a sportier touch to the XK rear and depending on which setup,
I'll get the matching side skirts and front lip.

In post 17 I mentioned the Mina replica set runs around $700. In post 21 I mentioned the side bits run around $500 apiece from Jaguar. The carbon diffuser is around $2000-3000 depending on source. Direct from the UK will be cheaper.

Jaguar has several difference rear valance options though that ar less costly than the 2012+ R-S version. They also offer rocker sill extensions if you don’t want the R-S version that match the speed pack front splitters and rear valances.

Is that an RS one??? I thought the RS one was a double wing type thing which I never thought suited the car and looked a bit 'stuck on'.
The one I've just bought is this style and a genuine one that came off a car with the speed pack. Subtle styling but suits the lines in my view.

2008 (technically 2009) XKR-S

It's the same as the Speedpack, I think, the sticker on the inside of the wing with the part number and bar code says XKR-S, also on the bag with the instructions.

Cambo, I just noticed that the exhaust tips on your XKR and the one pictured above have a slight slant to them, which I think looks better than my 2010 tips that are straight.

cool! Maybe the earlier XKRS had that then before going to the twin wing type? Im trying to only put RS genuine bits on mine so pleased if the one I've ordered is an RS one!

The one you have is from the original Euro spec’d 4.2 R-S, on the 2010+ cars it was refered to as the Speed Pack. In 2012 was the new 5 litre R-S version with the carbon fiber wing, then there’s the R-S GT which has the standard XK spoiler plus the upright GT wing.

jahummer, just want to say thank you for all the information you continue to give others and for setting the bar... IMO, you have one of the best looking XKR's I have seen... My apologies for copying you, at least we have states between us...
