Have any of the USA XKR owners used this company for the Apple CarPlay mod ? I have some inquiries into them, but of course its Sunday and no support.

No experience with them, but if their description is correct, in that it uses the AUX input, the Mr12Volt solution sounds like a better choice for almost 1/2 the price.

I would go Mr12V.
they have fantastic support if you have issues during install and many many video walk throughs out there.
And under $500.
