It's likely coming on a federal level on hwy's. Government is hot to get it done. State and local levels might get more push back. Who's going to push back on the federal level?

I'm waiting for the moment that our politicians realize that some of the 'chips' inside these P-R units are manufactured in China and that 'they're' spying on us! Texas has them but they were turned off a few years back...still hanging around intersections waiting to be turned on again or shot down by a drunken. cowboy on a Friday night. (Everyone has a gun)
