Hi there,

Has anyone had a problem with their auto lamps on the XK? I have a 2007 XK and this evening the auto lamp function is causing the lights to stay on permanently after I lock up the car. The only way I can get the lights to turn off is by turning the indicator stock to the 'right turn' position. This automatically turns off the lights when the car is switched off.

Bizarre. Any help would be gratefully received.

 

It could be a fault in the 'LH multifunction switch', a.k.a. the left stalk, or the harness leading to it.

 

Something way back in my memory wants to say there was a bulletin for this issue. Dont remember years exactly but seems like it applied. Some one will have to pull it up
