Default Back to the gauge question

OK so I've looked at the various BT data apps and looking at them don't see the ability to read oil pressure. Does anyone know if the 5.0L have an oil pressure sensor in the engine. I see the water temp and battery voltage can be shown and a lot of other data but it would be nice to be able to see oil pressure as well. I'm used to seeing OP , WT , V , Oil Temp. but with the XKR all I see is gas. LOL Just wondering.

Jaguar has not had a true oil pressure sensor on their engines since the mid-90's. I suspect the 5.0 just has a low pressure switch.

To bad as I would have thought it would have been cool to have the gauge set come up on the nav. screen. Could have been a screen option.
