Back window detached - XK convertible
I own a 2012 XK convertible. The back window has detached from the outer cloth surround. It is currently only held in place by the interior liner. Does anyone know how to fix this?
There are a few threads, one linked below.
Ya know, there IS a Search function in here, that's what I used to find this (took four seconds)

Convertible Top Rear Window Repair is one of the "How To/DIY Repair & Maintenance" Stickies at the top of this Forum

Read those threads from start to finish, as there are various products and methods to do it. Then decide what to do. Your top is 10 years old and, depending on the condition of the fabric, it may be time to replace it.

I used the Suction Clamps and Rino Glue as show on one of those threads.
Worked perfectly.
As far as the condition of the top goes, it all depends on how the XK was used and stored.
Mine came as a car that was garage stored, and limited up/down useage. I continued to do the same
I take mine out of the barn in May, put the top down, then usually don't put it up again till I put it way in Sept. Top looks new both inside and out.
My separation was about 8" along the bottom, I glued it back, but then ran a small bead of glue around the entire window on the outside, where the top is raised about 3/16" above the glass.
No water has seen the top except when I wash it,
