If you have access to that lift, it shouldn't be to hard to isolate where the drone comes from with someone holding the engine at 1500 rpm. Find what's vibrating or if it's internal to that exhaust.
Jag had its own drone issue on early models and made a set of clamps that went on the cats and bolted to the transmission housing.

How do I find the drone, feeling on the pipes for vibrations with engine running at 1500rpm?
Do you have a link for he procedure?

If you have the skill and time, experiment with different mufflers. I played with mine to minimize most of the drone but I have issues around 2100 rpm. My build thread spent a good bit of time on the muffler trying to tune the sound.

Drone is an issue with almost all aftermarket exhausts, except Corsa. Mfgs like GM and Jaguar deal with drone through an "active exhaust".

Don't bother with a no-name aftermarket "look-a-like oem" exhaust. It will likely drone.
Perhaps the best alternative is a used OEM exhaust. Ebay USA has this XK version for $500:
09 Jaguar XK Exhaust Muffler Silencer 6W83 5K244
If you want the XKR version expect to pay a lot more. The XK and XKR are both "active" exhaust. The XK version has a spring-loaded valve, and the XKR version has an electrically-operated valve.

Correct. The constant attempts to "improve" aspects of these cars is an attempt to second-guess engineers who know intimately the cascade effects of changes (the substitution of poly suspension bushings is a perfect example). Jaguars are engineered for refinement consistent with performance and longevity. Fiddle with things and you lose something to possibly (and the adverb is important) gain something.
That said, it should be noted that the early cars had a resonance problem in the lower rpm range - very annoying. Jaguar solved this with a bracket kit (which an earlier respondent mentioned) that stabilizes the catalytic converters (I think) to the transmission case. It works brilliantly, entirely eliminating the resonance. I had this done on my 07 years ago. Instant relief!

I have found an OEM muffler for a good price!:-)
When it arrives I will mount it and hopefully the drone is gone. Could be I need the bracket kit as my car is an early one.
When I have a quiet car with the OEM muffler I will try your suggestions and see if I can get the drone to be a little less with my loud muffler.:-)

I might have them so how do they look and where are they mounted?
Is there a part number?

I believe there's some welded supports to underneath the body. I would look underneath for supports that were added after. Most likely you did not have this TSB done as it seems Jaguar wasn't promoting the fix unless you complained.
