No, take a look at the pic again. There is no filter boss.
The cooler is a pass thru for an adapter. The adapter screws into the the actual oil filter housing and the oil filter thread is on the adapter.
In all actuality , the cooler can be deleted and the two hoses spliced together.

This adapter passes through the cooler and threads into the filter main pad. Takes a 20mm Hex key wrench to screw it in.
