Battery is Dead Again
C2D47174 is not available for North American X150 models because it is part of the Pedestrian Protection System, which is standard equipment in Europe but is not available here. See Post #48: Pedestrian Protection System Warning ⚠️.

Does anyone else care to discuss the possibility that the sound bat might be the cause of so many dead batteries?
I never considered the clunk sound of the locks should also have a 'chirp'
Mine has never chipped and the battery has always been a monitored concern for myself. (Watching it slowly drop.)

i humbly disagree. If the car was in convenience mode for 20 mins and if that caused the battery to drain to 5v, the battery was on its last legs anyways.
Furthermore, your particular car does not call for an AGM battery. No, I am not saying that would be the cause of the failure.
But you could save some money and put the specified battery in the car. And get the same life out of it.

Very often the problem with the XK are dead, dying, or low batteries. If you have a wet cell battery they will not take this abuse and will have to be replaced. But an AGM can take much more abuse and fully recover from it. So where is the savings in wet cell? If I recall AGM can drop to 10% and wet cell to 70% without damage.

I just walked past my XK, to let my dog out and I noticed my alarm light blinking and then I noticed my Hazard Light button is illuminated (red).
is that normal or could it be something I should be concerned about in regards to a slow battery drain?

You are missing an essential part of the narrative. The charging demands of an AGM battery are different from that of a wet cell. Your generator in this car is not geared for the maintenance of an AGM. If you go the AGM path in this car, you should keep it on a maintainer. (as many here do).
But not me. I get 4-5 years out of a wet cell battery. It is not kept on a maintainer. And frequently, she sits for 3 months, then starts right up. I’ve got better things to do than fiddle with the battery every day. And I have no patience for the car not being dependable and available when I want to use it.
If you leave your Smartkey within 10 feet of your XK, the car will stay in Convenience Mode longer and could drain the battery.
Even though you bought that AGM battery in March 2024, you don't know if it was fully charged when installed or how long it sat on AutoZone's shelf discharging before being installed. Drive back to AutoZone when you can and have them load test your battery. They may decide to replace it under warranty.
Another possibility is that you're not driving far enough every day for your alternator to fully charge the battery, or the alternator isn't charging. See: Alternator Not Charging
Don't randomly throw new parts at your car. Get the Diagnostic Trouble Codes and follow the troubleshooting guide.
Good luck!

Worst case scenario, convenience mode in my car ends in 33 mins. (as per the workshop manual) I occasionally leave the fob in for weeks. Ditto for the rear hatch open. No problems.
btw ... super envious of your british racing green XKR ( i love my black one ... but my next one will be BRG )
interesting. i've left the fob in twice and my wife did once. all three times ended up with dead battery after the fob was in the car for a few days. and i never have problems starting otherwise.

I (and often strangers) concur, that classic colour combination just ages with grace. Best of luck however... I'm on a mission to find a couple of stable mates ;-)
