I just picked a set of used xkr shocks and was getting ready to disassemble them when I saw that the spring color codes were different on the front L vs R.
They appear to be original based on the road grime and the top mounting but one of them has a different set of colors on the spring and that strut assembly’s shock also has a serial number on it.
Is there an available chart to make a determination what the spring rate is?
That dot-info link is probably not a real bilstein link - my software blocked the site:
@McJag222 What device, etc., are you using? How does it compare to mine?
I'm using a Motorola Edge Plus 2023 cellphone, Firefox browser, and running McAfee Total Security with Safe Browsing set to ON. My Google search was not blocked, and I was able to download those PDF files. http://info.bilsteinus.com/public_ac...de15-BASIC.pdf
My guess to your reply is iPhone.

I cannot get anywhere with my android, used my desk top to download the 'guide' 16 pages of nothing that guides me to my question.
Not trying to be lazy, maybe stupid...I'm looking for actual spring color codes.
Help

Well, ya guess would be wrong - that link info.bileseinus.com is not an official Bilstein web link - using tracert (trace route) in windows command console gives an ip address of 68.94.116.145 which links to being hosted on AngryHosting by somebody unknown.
