Default A bit of a phone issue

Probably a long shot, but who knows, someone may have run into this and knows of a solution.

Not long ago I installed a Bovee and am enjoying listening to Pandora while driving. Very recently I started using Android Auto to listen to Pandora (no commercials!). It's been working great. But yesterday when my wife called me, the call came through the phone, via AA, instead of through the car. I'm 99% sure the phone was connected to the car as I always have it connected. Anyone know of a solution? It feels like there should be a setting somewhere to give priority to the car instead of AA.

I don't know what a Bovee is, but recently after an update my Android phone began pairing with TWO BT items at once. I have been using a BT FM transmitter since December, but stopped for a while cause it was a pain in the rear, not being able to use my google maps and music, and phone through car speakers all at once. I broke down and bought a small ipod. Well, now my phone will pair with both the FM transmitter and my car, so now my maps, music/books from phone and phone all play through my car speakers seamlessly. You can unselect that ability in your BT settings. Is that at all any help?
