Not to the standard stereo, no. Some folks have installed third-party bluetooth modules (like Parrot ones) and done it that way but there's no streaming as standard. There is the ACM option, this is an official Jaguar part you can get your dealer to fit which gives you an iPod connector, a USB socket for use with a flash drive and some auxiliary phono leads. If you don't have an iPod then you could put your music on a USB flash drive or get a cable to connect the headphone socket on your phone to the phono connectors.
I had my ACM module fitted by the dealer I bought the car from before I collected it, cost was about £330 if I remember rightly.
