I had to jump start my car. It wouldn't start with the other car not started, so I started the other car and jumped mine. I think it fried something. The back windows won't go up. The fuse was changed. What else to try?

 

With the top closed, reset the front windows per the instructions in the owners manual. Then try to cycle the top again.
