Default Bovee/iPod undocks and redocks every 10-15 minutes... help!

So I searched through the X150 forum and couldn't find anyone else with a similar problem so here goes:

I've got a 2014 X150 and bought the Bovee BT adapter and the Skywin cable so I could stream off my Android Pixel 2. Mostly it works fine but there's one annoying problem: about every 10 - 15 minutes the "iPod" undocks itself, sits for a minute and then redocks. No cable jiggling or replugging in required, all this simply happens on its own. Once it redocks itself, it happily picks up roughly where it left off (though if I'm on a podcast or audiobook I have to rewind a little). Its usually closer to every 15 minutes than every 10 but the time between undockings is definitely variable and inconsistent.

Any suggestions? I'm at a bit of a loss on this one.

I installed a Bovee 1000 last month. It paired up beautifully; however, my car is layed up for the winter.

My Wife uses the Bovee WM1000 daily with no issue. The only difference as I see is that we use the OEM Jaguar Ipod cable. From my previous testing I find the system is VERY picky about OEM vs non OEM. Didn't see your exact issue, but for me I always go with the simplest variables. Pure guess on my part.

Update: I bought the "Xtenzi" branded iPod cable off Amazon and this appears to have resolved the issue. Bizarre. Thanks to those who offered advice!
