Default Brake pads for Alcon brakes

Can anyone recommend brake pads that are EASY on the brake rotors for Alcon brakes setup?
A complete set of Alcon brake rotors are expensive to ship to Australia due to their weight. I have to bite the bullet and get a set. The shipping cost is higher than the rotors themselves.

For the future I rather change brake pads more often than rotors.

I don't mind the dust coming from the pads as my rims are ceramic coated and easily cleaned.

I'm not after track pads as I will not be able to generate enough heat for them to work on public roads, plus track focus metallic pads tends to be aggressive on the rotors.
So I'm after street focus pads, ceramic or semi metallic pads that are easy on the rotors.

Any suggestions and brands that I can get from Rockauto etc would be good.

I'm looking at the Brembo ceramics P36023N and P36024N as I can get them locally.

Thanks Stuart. I assume the pictures on the eBay website is incorrect. Looks like fronts pads are correct the the rears are for the e-brake?

For sure, if the price is reasonable for floating rotors and if it is local, ie in Australia.

I've contacted DBA and Bremtec and I'm waiting for a reply from them.

Did you realize that there are 2 pages of pictures? Does this appear to be correct?

I’ve fitted these Brembo ceramics along with new rotors all round fitted to the Disco about 15k miles ago and noted no appreciable wear on the rotors.

Not sure if you can get them but I used yellow stuff EBC for the Alcon upgrade on my XK Dynamic R, work very well not to grabby unless you want them to be and not too expensive either. Part No DP42111R For Front.
