Our 2007 has the buzz, dealer says it's normal. Have heard it on various other Jags so not sure what to think, must of got used to it because I had to go listen for it to know it was still there.

 

The 2003 I just went to Florida to pick up has a buzzy dash, I'll have to look up the cost before I go an aspirator motor. As long as it doesn't draw the battery down I can live with it for now. I really like the car. Few issues I've noted ( like buzzing dash ). I realize I bought a ten year old vehicle, it's not a new one.
