Default Can DSC be completely turned off in 5.0 NA cars?

I have a Canadian 2013 XK Portfolio (NA 5.0 engine) and can't seem to turn DSC completely off, despite following the manual instructions of "pressing and holding the DSC switch for more than 10 seconds". I never receive the "DSC OFF" message.

I can transition between TRAC DSC and DSC ON only.

Unlike some other features, the manual doesn't explicicity say so, but is turning DSC completely off limited to only supercharged vehicles?

Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

Mine takes a fifteen second hold to switch off as ten seconds doesn't do anything. Course mine's an /R, but I thought/assumed ALL cars did this. Not sure now.
Anyone??

There's 3 modes achieved by pressing and holding the button: DSC, TRAC DSC and DSC OFF

Just keep on pushing (5.0 N/A here).
I also thought this just doesn't work, around 15s (or even more) did the trick.
