Default Can't find no dust brake pads for my XK

I've been told EBC Redstuff pads will dramatically reduce the brake dust but I can't fine 'em anywhere online. Anybody got an idea where I can get them.

I am using Akebono ceramic. No dust, almost zero.

Overall braking is good, just the the initial bite is diminished.

Gordo;

According to the Akebono website they don't make pads for the front wheels of the 2003 XKR....what are you running on the front wheels?

I just had an email from Tommy Rivera their director of sales.

"Unfortunately, we do not cover the front pads for the XKR, we have the rear pads only because they are common to the S-Type Jag and some Volvo applications."

cheers,

jj

The part numbers you need are:

DP31911C -Front

I can not address fitment on the SC/Brembo models; I have a XK8.

Akebonos are on all four corners. I know there was an issue with Akebono not displaying the correct PN for our cars; however, that was cleared up more than a couple years ago. I wrote them to complain, and they changed their website to ID the correct fitment pads. gordo

I'm using Power Stop Evolution ceramics on my car. Very pleased with them so far and no dust.

britannia,
Thanks for the heads up. Those are the part numbers I got directly from EBC. Guess I'm back to square one.

Are the Power Stop pads you used for a XKR or XK? I can't find either but need them for standard 2007 XK................

Thanks, Adrian

We will have to just keep looking; every ones I find are for XKR's with Rembo brakes!
Akebono have Ceramics for rear (EUR 1095) but none for front! Incidentally , rears are same as S Type!
I did ask a fellow poster who uses Power Stops which Model he has, XK or XKR. People are posting without being accurate as too which Model they are addressing!
