Default Ceramic brake pads

I have an '07 XK. I can't find front ceramic brake pads for this car. Rears are available, but for some reason no fronts. I want to change them because they are due and I hate having dirty wheels all the time. Anyone have any info to share?

I too am looking for ceramics for my 08 XK. The dealer did install all new OEM brake pads and they dust as bad as the pads on my Z06.

But I found Armor All's Wheel Protectant really works. Here's a lenghtly thread from the Corvette Forum on this product. Botton line for about $6 a can it prevents brake dust from adhering to the wheels.
Finally......a cure for brake dust!! - Corvette Forum

BTW I'm AFVETTE on the CF and you'll see my response along with photo's of my Z06.

Give it a try

Tom

Wagner thermoquiet semi metallic pads are low dust and no squeal. Just installed a set on my 2007 xk. Part no. mX1241. Installed ceramics on the rear by
