Default Climate control.

Everything working fine this morning, just been to move the car and noticed no temperature settings and the climate button on the screen is now grey in colour and will not let me access the settings.

I have already checked the fuse for the air conditioning and that is ok. The blower control will still go into auto and manual and still blows hot air.

As I am away from home I don't have access to my CTEK but just wondered whether this may be battery related or something more serious.

"All is well now" - probably because your battery now has enough charge in it and the voltage has risen. Your initial problem may well be caused by a battery that is below full charge. These cars depend on full voltage for all the electronics to work properly. When the voltage drops you WILL get random issues: seats, SatNav scree, door locks, electric roof latching, warning lights for various systems - all random. In every case it is the battery at fault. Either replace your battery if it is more than 4 years old and/or get a CTEK charger to install permanently and to use when the car is not actually in use. You will not have any further "issues".
