Convertible roof problem
I know roof problems have been posted before but here is my slant.
flat battery
then the roof doesn’t open. Quarter Windows don’t open, no luggage cover warning, no noise, nothing.
Fuses ok
im thinking it’s the switch in the centre roof console.
Centre interior light sometimes comes on when roof switch pressed.
what do people think?

First things first. Your signature shows that you have a 2001 XKR Convertible. This is the X150 Forum, for the aluminum 2006(7)-2014(15) XK/XKR models. You should have posted your inquiry in the X100 Forum since you have the previous model:

A weak battery causes all sorts of electrical glitches. If your battery is more than 3 years old, you may want to replace it. Just make sure that it's fully charged because many new batteries sit on the retailer's shelves for months without being charged. You can try to recharge your existing battery, but since it's totally flat it's not going to ever be as strong as a new one.
