Default Headroom:pano roof vs non pano?

I'm 6'3" with a long torso. When sitting in F types with the pano roof with the seat all the way down and all the way back, my head is just barely under the inside edge of the pano roof line. I'm concerned that it will subconsciously make me lower my head putting me in an uncomfortable posture.
I'm wondering if the non pano roof has more headroom? I've not found any non pano roof F types locally to check out, but I'm finding a few of them show up online. I actually prefer the non pano roof look, especially in the silver color I'm looking for.
Does not having the pano roof save some headliner space?

I just roughly measured my pano roof "gap" - from the underside of the glass to the bottom of the cover - and it was around 2 cm or .8".
Assuming the non-pano roof has the same height bottom edge as the pano glass, and allowing for the roof liner, I guesstimate the difference is around 1.8 cm or .7".
Not huge but maybe enough to clear your bonce.
However I suspect the headroom with the pano cover open will be pretty much identical to the non-pano headroom.

It’s not the long torso, but the fat butt that’s causing the issue.

I have a 34" waste. Not carrying anything excessive in the trunk.

Thank you very much for all this detail and taking the time to measure for me!
