Top on 2011 is non op after I had to leave it out of my garage for a while this winter. Hydraulic Lift Cylinder (on driver's side) behind back seat got wet and is the culprit. Has anyone had theirs rebuilt ?? Seems this company does it for $180.00

On my X100, Top Hydraulics rebuilt my top latch. They are highly regarded on the X100 sub and my experience was great.
