Default Cruise Not Available / Tire Pressure System Fault

Posting for posterity.

2007 XK, 30K miles

This week I experienced very slow crank on start, followed by the following faults at various points in the driver information console:

Cruise Not Available
Tire Pressure System Fault

When I had the "Cruise Not Available" fault displayed, the car behaved very sluggishly - slow acceleration combined with heavy steering. When I would shut off the car and start it back up, sometimes the faults went away, sometimes they didn't.

The dealer is pointing to a faulty battery (claimed it failed a battery test) and low voltage resulted in faults being tripped throughout car. The battery was then replaced under warranty (thank you CPO program!).

I am also getting the tire pressure system fault warning just about every morning. Seems to go away when the car is warmer?? When I get in the car to go to lunch I don't get the warning. Next morning, there it is again. I've had no issues with starting sluggish, but I have had two episodes where my cruise was unavailable due to my radar being blocked.

2007 XKR Coupe with 31,900 mi. I've owned it about 7 weeks and have put about 2000 mi on it.
